Conditions governing the use of this website and the contracting of courses offered by Treinamentos BT.

1. Acceptance
By accessing and using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the site or contract the services.
2. About the courses
The courses offered by Treinamentos BT are professional Beach Tennis training programs, with certification accredited by the Brazilian Tennis Confederation (CBT). Content, workload, price and prerequisites for each class are detailed on the respective enrollment page.
3. Enrollment and payment
Enrollment in a course is subject to seat availability and payment confirmation. Accepted payment methods (PIX, credit card, installments) are informed at the time of enrollment.
4. Cancellation and refund
The right of withdrawal under Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code applies to contracts made outside the business establishment (such as through the website), within 7 calendar days. After that period, specific cancellation and refund policies may apply per class.
5. Certification
Certificate issuance is conditional on full course completion, including minimum workload and any evaluations. The certificate is CBT-accredited and made available in the Student Area upon completion.
6. Intellectual property
All site and course content — texts, images, videos, workbooks, brands and logos — is owned by Treinamentos BT or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited.
7. Proper use
You agree to use the site and course materials only for lawful and personal purposes. It is forbidden to attempt to access restricted areas without authorization, disseminate content contrary to applicable laws or harm the site's operation.
8. Limitation of liability
Treinamentos BT is committed to delivering contracted services with quality and diligence, but is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or events beyond its control (force majeure, temporary unavailability of third-party infrastructure, etc.).
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Jurisdiction
The venue of the district of Treinamentos BT's headquarters is elected to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.
